1. About this website

This is the informational website for SD Lounge Portsmouth, operated by Secret Desires Events Limited . It provides information about the venue, events and ways to book or connect with the club.

2. Adults only

The website concerns an adults-only lifestyle venue. Visitors must be aged 18 or over to use this website. Admission ages and identity requirements for particular events are set by the club and booking provider and should be confirmed before booking. [Confirm whether the venue requires guests to be 21 or over.]

3. Events and memberships

Event tickets and memberships are offered through the external EntryPass platform. Availability, prices, cancellation terms, refunds and any event-specific conditions should be checked on the relevant booking page before purchase. This website does not itself process ticket payments.

4. Information and availability

We aim to keep venue and event information accurate, but details may change. The club should confirm current opening arrangements, admission requirements, accessibility, facilities and any event-specific restrictions before guests travel.

5. Responsible use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or reproduce its content without permission.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the club's website text, branding and photographs belong to their respective rights holders. You must obtain permission before reusing them commercially.

7. External links

Links to EntryPass, SwingDesire and other services are provided for convenience. Those websites have separate terms and privacy notices. SD Lounge is not responsible for their independent content or operation.

8. Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, or affects your statutory consumer rights. Any specific contractual terms for tickets or memberships must be supplied by the actual seller.
